Overview
- The Repgen application generates the scripts required to setup, teardown
and monitor an Oracle database Advanced Replication installation. The
implementation of primary key, replication triggers and multiple conflict
resolution methods is included. As with the Installgen program, an external
module allows site-specific customization of each generated file.

Repgen.

of the Advanced Replication scripts generated by Repgen. These features

Graphical
Interface - Repgen incorporates an efficient and consistent graphical
interface which runs on multiple OS platforms. The scripts which are
created by Repgen do not require a graphical interface, and are designed
to be executed by svrmgrl or SQL*Plus.

- An Advanced Replication installation requires over 2 dozen SQL files
to configure a typical implementation. This page provides descriptions
of the generated output files and links to sample files created by the
demo version of Repgen.
